The room has plenty of storage space, a desk, two sidetables and a double bed. It is suitable for couples or two girls.

You would be sharing the rest of the flat, which consists of large kitchen and living room, with three other people. The flat is tidy and bright. It is very well equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, microwave, freeview television, dvd player, telephone and wireless internet.

The flat is located about 7 minutes from East Ham Tube Station or about 2 minute bus stop. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets, pubs, local library, etc.

The price is inclusive of all bills, even council tax. We do require one months rent as deposit and we are also looking for a minimum three months stay.
